Ferguson Park

Ferguson Park is located on the east side of Okemos Road on river left. Wonch Park is located on the west side of Okemos Road on river right. Ferguson Park has a launch site, parking, and picnicking areas. Wonch Park actually has more amenities, with a nice restroom building, parking and picnic areas, but does not have a formal launch structure, so paddlers entering or exiting from the river must do so on the river bank. Paddlers heading downstream from Ferguson Park/Wonch Park should note that there is no formal launch until Kruger Landing in Lansing.
